Linda will describe how her experiences working in the public sector and as a Kellogg Leadership Fellow, led her to develop an advocacy leadership model for social change. Using brain-based strategies, we will examine key concepts for advocacy leadership and teamwork.

Storytelling interwoven with interactive exercises using a dog team paradigm provide unforgettable lessons from the trail to demonstrate how collaborative leadership, mentoring and team communication can maximize our leadership potential.
